How Does this work?

Welcome to the journey! It will go something like this:

Inquiry: Please fill out this form so we can get started! Be sure to include as many details as you have right now.

Consultation: When I receive your inquiry, I will reach out via email to talk about your design(s). We may go back and forth via email to settle on your design(s) or we may talk via FaceTime or Zoom. Once we settle on the design(s), I will let you know the price(range) for your piece(s). If you accept the price(range), I will send you a link to pay your deposit (see below for payment details) and instruct you to schedule your first appointment.

Measurements and Fittings: We will see each other about 3 times until your garment is completed. Our first meeting will be for measurements, with the next couple being to fit your piece(s). To schedule your first appointment, please click here. Once you schedule, I will send you the address - currently located in Drexel Hill - and my cell number. Please be mindful of the time you are choosing. If you will be late please contact me as soon as you realize and let me know. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule as I may have other appointments scheduled after you. If any of these times on my scheduling page do not work for you, please email (mieleclothing@gmail.com) or give me a call to set up another time. At the moment I am only accepting clients in my space. If you have children that need to come in with you, let me know beforehand. Masks are required.

Payment: Custom orders that have a due date of 6 weeks or more are done in two payments. The first payment is 50% of the total and is non-refundable. The next payment is the final 50% and is due on completion (pick-up, drop off, or prior to putting it in the mail). Custom orders that have a due date of less than 6 weeks will either incur a rush-fee or the full amount will need to be paid up front. I will discuss this with you beforehand. I will send you links for all payments. If other arrangements for payment need to be made, let me know.

Alterations to Design: Sometimes, you may change your mind about the design during the process. That is okay! I will make whatever changes you would like to your piece. Depending on the change and how drastic it is, there may be an additional fee - it really depends on the change. Be upfront with how you’re feeling about what you see so we can work together to create the look you want. Once the piece is completed and you make the final payment, any additional changes will incur an alteration fee.
