When ordering swimsuits along with other items, please double check the processing time for each piece. Unless ordered separately, orders will ship out in accordance to the longest processing time on the order. For example, if you order an Itsy Bitsy two piece (3-5 business days processing time) and tiny tote (10-14 business days processing time), the processing time for your entire order will be 10-14 business days.

To keep your swim wear looking its best and the colors vibrant for as long as possible, I recommend that you hand wash it. Use cold water and a gentle detergent, followed by line drying. After use, lay your suit out to dry before repacking it.

I’ll accept unworn, unwashed, stain/odor free regular priced swim wear within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. This includes marks like bodily fluids, deodorant stains & removed or tampered with liners. Unworn items must be returned in original packaging - with hygiene liner still attached and hang tags, and dust bags. For sanitary purposes, please try on over underwear. I reserve the right to refuse swim wear that shows any signs of wear. If your choice is unavailable, you can return for store credit or pay the difference for another item. ONLY Full priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Store credit is a one time discount code and the entire amount must be used in one purchase.
