When ordering accessories along with other items, please double check the processing time for each piece. Unless ordered separately, orders will ship out in accordance to the longest processing time on the order. For example, if you order an Itsy Bitsy two piece (3-5 business days processing time) and tiny tote (10-14 business days processing time), the processing time for your entire order will be 10-14 business days.

To keep your accessory looking its best and the hand-paint/appliques on and vibrant for as long as possible, I recommend that you spot clean your piece. Using cold water and a gentle detergent, pour a little detergent on stained or dirty areas and blot them out with a washcloth. Lay out your piece to dry.
